Yes, the unit(s) once activated for op fire they can fire anytime an enemy unit (activated by the current move order) moves into a hex within range and line of sight. This where you need to be careful because the answer to your last question is both units are fired upon. Once a unit has been activated for op fire it can not be activated in the same turn again.↧
