Those cards are part of a "user expansion" which was based on suggestion s made in a BGG forum. CGF said they hadn't been fully playtested and balanced with the base game, and should be used with care.This is the context of my post above BTW, and the suggestion that it's ok just to leave it out :)
I'm glad you made your post, and it's spawned a good thread. We will be getting copies of these new cards soon (this week for me I hope :) so it's a good time to discuss them.
