Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond. Very much appreciate it.B&B has confirmed that they sent me a 1st edition. Based on comments here I knew before they responded that that was the case. They offered to to do a small refund which I'm going to take as I don't want this edition. So if anyone in the US wants the 1st edition please contact me - basically just want to sell as close as possible to out of pocket cost.
