There is frankly not much more we can do for our AUS/NZ supporters at the moment without unduly threatening our short-term financial future. But we deeply appreciate the patience and kindness shown to us by most all of you. By my anecdotal recollection, of the 10-20 most virulent critics of our company, not a single one was from down under. Given how spectacularly we have let you down, this is little short of remarkable.

These may seem like empty words. In fact, my intent is to actively seek ways going forward to show our appreciation, as we can, to all of you. Stay tuned.

I've written elsewhere of the logic of giving an extra free game to some folks in the US whose orders were sent out weeks later than others. The other inescapable fact is that shipping to US customers is simply less expensive than to customers in other countries. In the end, it's very hard to treat differently situated supporters exactly the same. To some degree we lose either by doing nothing, or by trying to do so something. We elected to do something we thought was nice, at a cost we could afford. I understand perfectly that supporters in other countries have a different view of this.

Both of these quotes are from page 11 of "Update 33 Feels like a Monday"

I've edited these two quotes a bit, mostly for space reasons, but I don't think I have misquoted anyone here (at least not intentionally).
So which one is it? Stay tuned because they will send something/ do something to make it "better" for us and the Kiwi's or don't bother because it will cost them to much?

Can anyone make sense of this? Have I misread what is being said? Should I care? Will the game ever arrive? What if there was an actual money tree? How far does CGF need to go to restore consumer confidence? In the song Yankee Doodle, is he calling the horse or the feather "macaroni"?
