I've pointed out to the Government that they should enlist (pay) AUC to help them clean the Cartels out of the cities. The Government likes that idea and started talking to AUC about it but the Cartels are countering to pay AUC not to rally into the cities with Cartel presence, and offering to rally into the FARC strongholds to terror together with AUC to bring FARC lands to neutral and kill FARC bases. FARC is claiming Cartels is trying to distract everyone while they build up their own power bases, and pointing out that it's easy for all factions to decrease opposition if that is their goal.
