"No Air Strike or Activation by Patrol..."
Does it mean that Governement player may no more conduct Air Strike Special Activity or only when Operation is Patrol ?
And, for the second part, does it mean that after moving his cube in a Patrol Operation, Guerillas are no more activated by cube in the same LOC ?
