Thanks to all the responses. After reading fhem all and reading the descriptions of both games i have to say viticulture is growing on me more and more and vinhos is losing its appeal. I could see my only gaming partner which is my wife running from vinhos but interested in viticulture. So we most likely will kickstart viticulture

In my experience Viticulture is a an excellent game if you have a wife who's a casual gamer. The rules are fairly easy, setup is short, playtime is fine and the low amount of aggression possible are all factors which in my experience make the game well suited for that type of gamer.

My wife and I have already played this game seven times, which is far more than we've played any game who's playtime goes beyond 15 minutes.
