Exactly, which is how this version of the card differs from the real version. With the real version, you *must* sacrifice all pairs of the colours you choose in your inventory. You may not choose to sacrifice less then you have.
Hmm I've checked all the previous versions of this card and it's nearly identical wording in all. Though I'm sure it's up to the player to choose how many pairs he wants to sacrifice. I'll check with Vlaada to confirm anyway.
