I don't know if there are anymore available, but try purchasing one of the promo Smeagols from Spielbox magazine. I ordered one a while ago, but I was able to get one shipped to the US for 8.00 euros, so I guess around $12USD (that was the price for the mini plus shipping).The contact email address is:
