1) Embassy: can we use the ability of Embassy any time ? Also during other player's turn ?2) Embassy: is it possible to use the ability of the Embassy several times per player turn ?
3) Viaduct: does the ability of the Viaduct cancel all effects of draconian order, meaning taking cards from other players, taking cards from the forum or only the effects affecting the owner of the viaduct?
