The turn 3 lynch mob featured the HRE, Spain and the Prots stomping on France (while my suspicious Ottomans made sure the HRE did not win) Now in this turn 4 the lynch mob (as we shall read) comprised England, Spain, the Prots and the Ottomans in beating down the HRE.Both had to be done as it is my belief that jumbo VPs came out way to quickly and early in piracy rolls, marriage rolls and Patronage. Was there a lack of self balancing in turns 1 and 2 that prompted the use of lynch mobs to do the balancing or was it due solely to the early and high VP awards?
Great write up as usual Phil, although nothing beat the barroom meeting scene with big Red swilling her gin and belching the Tillbury speech.
