Where in Japan are you located? If you are in the Tokyo area, and are usually free on Sundays, you should come out to the JIGG, http://boardgamegeek.com/guild/1103I'm planning a game of TI3, with all Shattered Empire options, at the next JIGG Tokyo game day in Okusawa on Nov 11th, 2012.
Although if you are a little worn out of TI3 there should also be lots of other games to play as well.
