Thanks for the answer but I still don't fully understand how it should work.I can put some money cards in the play area when using the "Donation Collecting" card (during phase 2) and then later I can put there some other money cards during phase 3. How can I and the other players distinguish between the two sets of cards if both of those are in my play area?
The rules state that all cards in the play area can be used for buying cards. There is also a statement that if the rules of a card contradict with the general rules then the rules of the card override the general rules. However there is no word for "Donation Collecting" card about the fact that the money used with this card cannot be used later in phase 3. Is this rule missing from the rulebook?
So do I understand correctly that you mean that I can double the value of one (or two, if I use both re-activation offices) of the money cards but the others are inactive during phase 3?
Sorry for my incomprehension. I think that this is a great game. We had lots of fun playing it and we would like to play it as intended.
