Also, one important thing to note about Bureaucracy, which makes it a great card is: If you don't like the objective choices, you get to select which one is revealed. If you were not a war-like race and "space battle against 3 ships" is the very first objective, it could actually never be revealed throughout the entire game if everyone selected the other objective when they had the choice.↧
