I've just opened my sealed card decks. The big cards match the number specified in the rules. The small cards are wrong.
The rules say:
8 Featured Blend cards
16 Flavor cards
I have:
6 Featured Blend cards (Decaf +2,+2,+1; Regular +1,+1; Half-Caf +2)
23 Flavor cards (1 of every card listed in rules, except...)
.. 2x Limited offer
.. 2x Quick Switch
.. 2x +2pp
.. 3x +1pp
.. 2x +3pp / +1rp
.. 3x Indigenous Find
.. 2x Private Reserve
So ... are the rules contents incorrect or do I have a bad deck?
If my deck is wrong, how important is it?

Steve,
Wow, that is quite the interesting card mix you got there! That mix is, indeed, wrong. The mix in the rulebook is correct.
For Featured Blends, you should have: Decaf +1pp, +2pp, +2rp; Half-Caf +1pp, +2pp, +2rp; and Regular +1pp, +1rp.
For Flavor Cards, you should have 16 and the mix is:
2x Indigenous Find
2x +1pp
Re-Do
Greed
Collector
Going Rogue
Quick Switch
Fickle Investor
Hot or Cold
+2pp
Private Reserve
+3rp/+1rp
Limited Offer
Supervisor
Now, as for importance in gameplay, the Featured Blends won't affect the game. They are a variant, and the mix you have will work just fine. If you play with them and find that you've run through them all during a game, simply shuffle the discards and form new deck.
As for the Flavor Cards, I would suggest culling your uber-deck down to the above-listed 16 cards. You could certainly play with all 23 of your cards, but it will definitely imbalance the game (and ensure that more people would be going the Flavor route). In particular, keeping two copies of Limited Offer and Quick Switch would overpower the mix (and, possibly, result in fisticuffs).
All this said, if you would like to complete your set of Featured Blend cards, please send an email with the cards you're missing to warehouse@gamesalute.com.
Cheers!
