I have the same configuration and keep everything in the original box minus the board and cards for the BoTTA games. I separated armies into zip lock bags. I have the first edition strategy and character cards (all sleeved) + Twightlight cards and figures in there as well. I even have a set of DIY cards with the text from the collectors edition crammed in there. The tin with 2nd edition cards fits as well.

If you have your heart set on getting the board from BoTTA, then you'll need to figure something else out. I never play it, so it isn't an issue for me.
