Thread: CO₂:: Rules:: Start player and lobby cards

Just working through a first game to try to learn it myself before teaching other people, and a couple questions have arisen:

- Does the start player ever change, or will the start player always be the same person for the entire game?

- Is there any way to obtain new lobby cards, or are you limited to the card you're initially dealt?
