I'm curious if the designers have stated anywhere if they have considered publishing an NPC flowchart for the government?Doing that would allow us to play any of the factions solo.
The nice thing about flowcharts for solo play is that it doesn't actually have to be balanced. Ie. if it turns out that you can now play all 4 factions in solo play, it's not important if winning using a particular one is easier than others.
Actually, that's a bonus, it lets new players work (in solo play) from the easier to harder factions.
