Even then they fail to similar races like Sol.

There's just no coherent deal to them. Seriously, who took a look at their abilities and thought they needed to be reigned in with 1/1 trade treaties? The ONE time they decide to stick to a theme ("They're lepers! No one wants to deal with them!) and they nerf an already bottom of the barrel race.
