Heck, maybe they could start with both racial techs, or would that be to powerful?For the sake of comparison, the human racial tech:
Spec Ops Training (5) Each time you roll a 1 during Invasion Combat, you may reroll the die. You must use the second result.
This tech is way to exspensive, and the bonus is so hidiously week, that I would rather have the humans start with their racial tech Spec Ops training from the beginning for free. This does not go without forthought. The Mentak racial techs are amazing, they should have to research it because they are uber powerfull.
