Might he a silly question, but I want to make sure I have it. I am going to fish a sea tile with 3 fish on it. I take the corresponding 3 fish tile, remove one of the fish disks, leaving 2 for the next fisherman. Is this correct? So, then the next fisherman gets a 2 fish tile, removes a disk, and leaves 1 fish disk?

Of course this also applies to treasure.
