Only if you can find an ability that targets the entire room ...
So no attack needs to be even made at that point and therefore the attacker has just got great sums of loot without attacking. And has all their action points....
and costs no action points. The model has to be targeted with the ability which means you have to use said ability, plus, as far as I recall, AoEs only target one model/square and effect those around it.
