Last game of Em-Do I played, I bought like 3 techs total before eventually researching OUT my research cards.I had just enough colonizes to capture a colony 4 planet and flip it before putting all of my colonies onto another planet.
And every turn it was produce or trade... It was a juggernaut and won by a pretty large margin.
