IB&C is all the more impressive when you realize they've now funded and shipped THREE campaigns in the time that CGF has (almost) done one. Travis should be a paid consultant to Ed on CGF's next KS.
I'd count that as almost FOUR. The original Flash Point: Fire Rescue concluded 3 days before the GTR project did, and he has since had three more projects since then; Flash Point: Fire Rescue - 2nd Story, The Resistance: Avalon and Gauntlet of Fools.
I have all those games in my hands (Flashpoint for almost 11 months) and have played them all, with the exception of Gauntlet (concluded 15 Aug 2012), which I expect to arrive in the next few days - well before I see GTR.
I have backed every one of Travis' projects and would have no hesitation jumping on the Indie Boards and Cards bandwagon again. All of his projects had more complex items like custom wooden fire-meeples, extra playing boards, plastic injection moulded fire-meeples, boards, dice and a range of various tokens - not just cards.
Considering he runs his business from his home and garage in his spare time, his project management, planning, communication, output, quality, commitment and customer service is a lesson for all publishers.
