I usually don't like to throw gasoline on fires, but for everyone disgusted about this situation, for once again the main point of how horribly this situation has been handled, and once again for the fact we STILL have no concrete information of when or if this game will be in ANYONE'S hands, I would like to follow up on my reply above that said I would be asking for my modest kickstarter pledge back. I indeed asked, and was told ( and yes, this perhaps is the case) that I couldn't have my money back until said game was EVER printed because the monies were all tied up.While again this may indeed be the case, it indeed exacerbates the mess Mr. Fodder has made of this entire KS campaign. Again, no one is saying that if people are saying things that are untrue that you don't have a right to defend yourself. But IMO the point still remains you should be offering NOTHING at this point but mea culpas and apologies. And yes, if at all possible, you should be taking money out of your pocket to refund any monies people ask for as SOME attempt to rectify peoples' disgust. There is quite simply no valid argument against the bottom line that : This game is hideously behind and still shows no sign of a concrete release date. You have done nothing but provide excuses instead of trying to make any sort of amends. This is nothing IMO but atrocious business practice all around.
Again we perhaps can all learn from this and one example as the vanguards of both sides of what TO do in this situation and what NOT to do. Also again the Divided Republic example is what TO do. Alex B. updated us CONSTANTLY on the delays and could not have been more apologetic about the delays beyond his control. Mr. F has let everyone twist in the wind, then provided nothing but excuses and defensiveness.
/this set of my 2 cents over. :)
